You want to find out more about life coaching and how it can help you? I am organising a 2 hour session for group of people who want to better or improve their lifestyle. Everybody at some stage do be it from career to getting the right balace in your lifestyle.

The two hours will be split into 2 halfs. The first hour I will tell you about myself and what life coaching have done for me and people I have coached. The second half is about you.

It is free session through I am asking for £5 from everybody to cover some admin cost.

It a good chance to find out and you will get 15 min one to one with myself. The session is worth about £60 if you had a two hour session with me so this is a great chance to find out and to speak to me for free.
